Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Business Development Executive to generate and close HR outsourcing and offshoring projects through LinkedIn.

The role is fully commission-based and ideal for a confident closer who can independently generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and convert prospects into revenue-generating clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target CEOs, CFOs, HR Heads, and Business Owners through LinkedIn
  • Develop and execute structured LinkedIn lead generation strategies
  • Initiate outreach and manage consistent follow-ups
  • Present Recruitment and Payroll Outsourcing services professionally
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable HR solutions
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close service agreements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn B2B lead generation
  • Experience in selling Recruitment or Payroll Outsourcing services preferred
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
  • Strong follow-up discipline and target orientation
  • Understanding of Pakistan corporate market is an advantage
