We are looking for a B2B Sales Specialist (Business Development Executive) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in LinkedIn marketing, lead generation, and B2B client acquisition. Your main responsibility will be to promote our services, build professional relationships, and generate qualified leads and clients through outbound strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles to increase business visibility
- Run outbound campaigns to connect with potential B2B clients
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn and call center outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Present and promote company services to potential customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
- Keep records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems
- Stay updated with the latest sales trends and LinkedIn tools
Requirements:
- 6 months – 1 year of B2B sales or outbound call center experience (preferred)
- Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing and lead generation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
