Position Overview

Matlay is looking for a confident and communication-focused Business Development Executive to manage LinkedIn outreach, generate leads, and build professional client relationships. The ideal candidate should be skilled in professional communication, networking, and identifying business opportunities through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and business opportunities through LinkedIn outreach
• Send professional messages and follow-ups to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify potential business partnerships and collaborations
• Manage LinkedIn communication and networking activities
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients professionally
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve growth targets
• Maintain records of leads, conversations, and client responses

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in lead generation or business development is preferred
• Good understanding of LinkedIn networking and outreach strategies
• Ability to write professional business messages and proposals
• Confident personality with negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
