Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven expertise in LinkedIn Outreach and Cold Email Marketing to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, building a consistent pipeline, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team through personalized, high-volume outbound campaigns on LinkedIn and email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-touch outbound sequences combining LinkedIn (InMails, connection requests, messages, content engagement) and cold email campaigns.
  • Identify and research target accounts and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Hunter, Seamless.ai, or similar tools.
  • Craft highly personalized outreach messages (LinkedIn & email) that achieve above-industry open rates (>45%), reply rates (>10%), and meeting booking rates.
  • A/B test subject lines, messaging angles, sequences, and CTAs to continuously improve performance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate data in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) – logging activities, tracking pipeline, and updating lead status.
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly quotas for:
  • Leads generated
  • Positive replies
  • Qualified meetings booked
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of booked meetings and incorporate feedback into outreach strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn and email compliance best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, LinkedIn User Agreement) to protect deliverability and sender reputation.
  • Build and test new tools, templates, and automations to scale outreach without sacrificing personalization.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in B2B outbound sales development with a strong focus on LinkedIn outreach and cold email marketing.
  • Proven track record of booking 15–30+ qualified meetings per month through LinkedIn + email (please be prepared to share real metrics).
  • Deep expertise with:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator (advanced search, lead lists, InMail strategy)
  • Cold email tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Reply.io, Woodpecker, etc.)
  • Email deliverability best practices and warm-up processes
  • CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
  • Exceptional copywriting skills – ability to write concise, human-sounding messages that stand out in crowded inboxes.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel to track KPIs and run A/B tests.
  • Experience targeting specific industries (SaaS, tech, professional services, agencies, etc.) is a big plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
