Business Development Executive (Male Only)

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen relationships within the industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, industry connections, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities — both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and social media outreach.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver professional business proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Research market trends to identify new areas of growth.

Requirements

• Gender: Male only
• Education: Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s or above)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Business Development Executive in any reputable firm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong connections within the industry and professional presence on social media
• Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Rs. 75,000 – 150,000 per month (based on education, experience, interview, test, demo & performance during training)
• Allowances: Food, Medical, Conveyance
• Attractive Commission Structure
