Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential clients through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Developing customized proposals, delivering pitches, and negotiating contract terms to convert prospects into clients.
- Market Analysis: Analyzing industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify gaps and opportunities for expansion.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage C-level executives and build rapport.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure contracts.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), and digital tools.
