We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BDM - Sales & Marketing (male candidates) to lead the growth and expansion of our industrial safety training, audits, and consultancy services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, especially targeting MNCs and large corporations. This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients, focusing on MNCs and large corporates.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions related to industrial safety training, audits, and consultancy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 to 8 years in sales, preferably dealing with MNCs and large corporates
  • Proven Track Record in achieving sales targets consistently
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
