Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development professional who understands branding and marketing services, can hold sharp conversations with founders and marketing heads, and can convert intent into long-term partnerships. This role is not about volume selling. It is about identifying the right brands, understanding their growth gaps, and positioning UnClltr as a strategic partner.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and qualify potential clients (startups, SMEs, founders, marketing leaders).
  • Drive outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Handle inbound leads and convert discovery calls into proposals.

Client Conversations & Pitching

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand brand, business, and growth objectives.
  • Present UnClltr’s services clearly: branding, social media, websites, performance marketing, AI-enabled workflows.
  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to build relevant proposals.

Deal Closure & Account Handover

  • Own the sales cycle from first contact to closure.
  • Negotiate scopes, timelines, and commercials confidently.
  • Ensure smooth handover to internal execution teams post-closure.

Market & Pipeline Management

  • Track leads, follow-ups, and deal stages using CRM or internal trackers.
  • Identify patterns in client needs to improve offerings and positioning.
  • Build a predictable monthly pipeline.

Brand Representation

  • Act as a brand ambassador for UnClltr in meetings, events, and online interactions.
  • Maintain professional, clear, and confident communication aligned with UnClltr’s tone.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

  • Experience selling services (branding, marketing, digital, creative, or agency-side).
  • Strong communication and business conversation skills.
  • Clear understanding of how branding, content, and performance marketing drive growth.
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn-based outreach and relationship-driven sales.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in a branding, design, or content studio.
  • Understanding of AI tools or automation in marketing workflows.
  • Existing network of founders, startup teams, or marketing leaders.
