Job Role: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive to lead sales and client acquisition for our US Medical Billing or Healthcare RCM services. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of US healthcare processes, medical billing workflow, and proven experience generating and closing leads with medical practices, billing companies, clinics, and healthcare providers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Generate and qualify leads in the US healthcare market targeting physicians, groups, MSOs, and billing companies.

· Develop and execute sales strategies through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.

· Present and promote medical billing and RCM services to prospective clients.

· Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

· Prepare proposals, pricing, and drive negotiations to close deals.

· Coordinate with operations teams for smooth client on-boarding.

· Maintain client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business growth.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management specifically within US Medical Billing or Healthcare RCM.

· Strong understanding of medical billing processes (CPT/ICD codes, EHR/EMR systems, AR cycle, denial management, etc.).

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,682.58 - ₹50,000.00 per month
