Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting our medical billing and support services to clinics, home health agencies, and private practices in the USA. This role requires excellent communication, sales acumen, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients within the US healthcare industry.
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking channels.
- Present and promote company services (Billing, RCM, AR, HR support, Scheduling, etc.) to potential clients.
- Understand client pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls and demos.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for leads, meetings, and closures.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales (healthcare/medical billing preferred).
- Strong understanding of Medical Billing, RCM,
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with US-based clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in follow-ups.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM tools is a plus.
