Salary: Up to PKR 120,000 + Uncapped Commission

Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Weekends Off)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Medical Billing Sales Representatives who can engage with US-based healthcare providers and sell medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong sales background and understanding of the healthcare outsourcing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads in the US healthcare market
• Connect with clinics, physicians, and medical practices
• Pitch medical billing and RCM services effectively
• Identify client pain points (denials, AR, revenue loss)
• Schedule appointments and close deals
• Maintain accurate data in CRM systems
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build long-term client relationships

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in medical billing sales / BPO sales / healthcare sales
• Basic understanding of medical billing, RCM, and insurance processes
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing ability
• Ability to work in night shift (US hours)
• Target-driven and self-motivated

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary package up to PKR 120,000
• Uncapped commission structure
• Cash-in-hand incentives per sale (PKR 1,000 – 5,000)
