Business Development Executive – Medical Billing (US Healthcare / RCM)

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive – Medical Billing to help expand our client base in the U.S. healthcare market.

The ideal candidate will have experience in medical billing sales or healthcare BPO and the ability to generate leads, conduct outreach, and acquire U.S.-based healthcare providers for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.

This role is perfect for professionals with medical billing sales, RCM services, or healthcare provider outreach experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in the U.S. medical billing market
• Identify and approach physicians, clinics, medical practices, and healthcare groups
• Promote and sell Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services
• Perform cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
• Conduct virtual meetings and sales presentations
• Prepare proposals and pricing plans
• Negotiate agreements and close new client deals
• Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
• Coordinate with operations and billing teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 3+ years experience in Medical Billing Sales / Business Development / Healthcare BPO
• Basic understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, claims processing, or denial management is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads and close deals
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Location: Wapda Town Phase 1
Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM) – US Market
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
