We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive
(Mid Level) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies, client relationship management, and market expansion techniques. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and market analysis.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster repeat and referral business.
- Develop and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close business deals in alignment with company goals and financial parameters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—including marketing, product, and operations—to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed defined revenue and performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing commercial role.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
Shift Timings: 7:00pm- 4:00am
