1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential clients in domestic and international markets
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, and digital channels
- Convert prospects into long-term business clients
2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
4. Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands
- Identify new business opportunities in emerging technologies
- Provide insights to improve product/service positioning
5. Proposal & Contract Management
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for deal closure
6. Networking & Brand Representation
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings
- Build strong professional networks in the IT industry
- Enhance brand visibility in the market
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales is required
- Should be available in Dubai for face to face interview round
- Should have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Should have market trend ideas
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per day
