Business Development Executive / Officer - ERP Sales

Position Title: Business Development Executive / Officer - ERP Sales

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Officer to support our ERP Sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client outreach, and building strong client relationships to drive business growth in ERP and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in ERP solutions
  • Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, and digital platforms
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify potential ERP clients
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
  • Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client records
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (graduates from well-reputed universities preferred)
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (ERP/IT domain preferred)
  • Fresh candidates who are looking to start their career in ERP Sales are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build client relationships and manage interactions professionally
  • Basic understanding of ERP solutions or IT services is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
