Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily communication with clients and promptly address their queries.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying opportunities to add value.
Prepare reports, updates, and presentations to share with clients and management.
Ensure client requirements are clearly understood and communicated to the relevant teams.
Support senior management in handling escalations and ensuring client satisfaction.
Keep organized records of client information and communications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
