Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads.
- Communicate effectively with clients in Urdu and English.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Generate business opportunities within Fintech products and services.
- Present company solutions professionally to prospective clients.
- Maintain client databases, pipelines, and follow-up records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and growth targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Prepare and share weekly sales reports with management.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Urdu & English.
- Experience in Sales / Business Development (Fintech experience preferred).
- Understanding of Fintech platforms, payment gateways, digital wallets, remittance, or online financial services.
- Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
