Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business leads.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in Urdu and English.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Generate business opportunities within Fintech products and services.
  • Present company solutions professionally to prospective clients.
  • Maintain client databases, pipelines, and follow-up records.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and growth targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Prepare and share weekly sales reports with management.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in Urdu & English.
  • Experience in Sales / Business Development (Fintech experience preferred).
  • Understanding of Fintech platforms, payment gateways, digital wallets, remittance, or online financial services.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and client-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
