Business Development Executive – Real Estate (Property Management)

We are hiring a sharp, proactive Business Development Executive who can bring new buildings and property portfolios for our company to manage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach landlords, property owners, developers, and investment groups.
• Secure new buildings, villas, and apartment portfolios for property management.
• Build strong relationships with owners to understand their property needs.
• Pitch our management services, leasing, maintenance, tenant handling, and facility operations.
• Conduct market research to track new projects, vacant buildings, and opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
• Achieve monthly acquisition targets for property onboarding.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and report progress regularly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate / property management / business development in UAE.
• Strong network of landlords, brokers, and property owners (big plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Presentable, confident, and target-driven.
• UAE driving license preferred.
