We are looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our real estate portfolio and expand our client and partner network. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, referrals, and business outreach.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring an excellent client experience.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align business development strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and UAE real estate standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the UAE real estate market.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet ambitious targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
