A Dubai-based recruitment agency is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join their team. If you have strong sales experience and the ability to build lasting business relationships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for outsourcing services
  • Generate high-quality leads and convert them into business opportunities
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable outsourcing solutions
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outsourcing and deal closures
  • 2–5 years of experience in the UAE, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently generate leads and close deals successfully
  • Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated professional
