Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for outsourcing services
- Generate high-quality leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable outsourcing solutions
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outsourcing and deal closures
- 2–5 years of experience in the UAE, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to independently generate leads and close deals successfully
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated professional
