We are expanding our Sales Team and seeking a driven and confident Business Development Executive with experience selling IT / Software / SaaS solutions in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product discussions with CFOs, CIOs, Finance and Transformation teams
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Maintain an organized pipeline and track activity
- Collaborate with pre-sales and product specialists to support solution demos and client proposals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Software / SaaS / ERP / FinTech Sales
- Ability to present confidently to senior business stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
- Based in Dubai and available to work office-based
