Business Development Executive (Sales) – Remote Position

We are seeking confident and dynamic individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals with mutual fund distributors. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while still being part of our energetic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential mutual fund distributors to introduce Investnama's services
  • Follow up with leads and prospects through various communication channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our client base
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Confidence in making cold calls and engaging in sales conversations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required

Compensation & Probation:

  • The first three months will be a probation period with a salary of ₹6,000 per month
  • After successfully completing probation, the salary will be ₹12,000 per month + incentives based on performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
