Job Summary:

We are looking for a BD / Sales Person with relevant experience in Chemical Industry especially Construction Material field to join our team. The ideal candidate must be proactive, target-driven, and well-versed in sales of construction-related chemical products.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and expand business in the building construction chemical sector.

· Identify new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

· Promote and sell chemical products related to construction projects.

· Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

· Coordinate with technical and production teams for timely customer support.

Requirements:

· 3–4 years of proven sales experience in construction chemical industry.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Willingness to travel for market visits and client meetings.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field.
