Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our Freight Forwarding / NVOCC team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in logistics or call center environments, excellent communication skills (especially with international clients), and the ability to convert potential leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong communication channels with international clients, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness at all times.
• Present company services, prepare quotations, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with the pricing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and outcomes in CRM or reporting tools.
• Represent the company in a professional manner during calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or call center (customer handling) is required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle international clients confidently.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently on provided leads.
• Proven ability to convert leads into sales and meet performance benchmarks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory if backed by relevant industry experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 per month.
• Commission: Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
• Additional benefits as per company policy upon confirmation.
