Position: Sales and Pricing Executive
Location: Karachi
Job Type: Full-Time
Shifts Available:
- (10 AM to 6 PM)
- (6 PM to 2 AM)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and expand business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Manage pricing models, prepare competitive and profitable freight quotations, and regularly review pricing strategies to maximize margins.
- Collaborate closely with operations and finance teams to ensure pricing accuracy, profitability, and timely shipment handling.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering customized logistics and pricing solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Negotiate freight rates and contract terms to close deals while maintaining company profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present regular sales and pricing reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management.
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns and pricing incentives to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and pricing within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries.
- Strong understanding of international shipping, freight forwarding processes, and pricing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple sales and pricing projects simultaneously, and meet targets.
- Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills across all business levels.
- Proficient in data analysis and pricing tools; familiarity with CRM and freight management software is a plus.
