9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Night shift)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage with potential clients, streamers, content creators on Discord and Twitch, promoting our products/services.
• Handle live chats, direct messages, community channels, etc., to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches suitable for Twitch/Discord audiences.
• Understand community/platform behavior, respond to queries, and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain records of interactions, leads, and sales.
• Collaborate with design/marketing team for promotional material and campaigns.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Good command of English (verbal & written) — must be able to communicate clearly with clients/content creators.
• Understanding of 3D motion graphics, graphic designing, mascot logos etc. You don’t have to be a master, but must recognize good work, give feedback, understand client requirements, and collaborate with designers.
• Familiarity with Discord & Twitch platforms — bots, channels, moderation, streaming communities etc.
• Some experience (or strong interest) in sales / community management / digital marketing. Even 6 months – 1 year is helpful; freshers with strong English + design understanding may be considered.
• Good interpersonal skills — ability to engage, persuade, and follow up.
• Self-motivated, reliable, able to work on shift.

ADDITIONAL (Nice-to-Have)

• Portfolio or examples of design / motion graphics work (even small/personal projects).
• Knowledge of tools/software used for motion graphics or logo design (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Illustrator etc.).
• Experience working with or understanding of streaming/Twitch culture (emotes, overlays, mascots etc.).

SALARY & COMMISSION
Base salary to be decided after interview, depending on experience and skills.
On top of base, commission / bonuses for meeting / exceeding sales targets.
Possible incentives for outreach, lead generation, or client acquisition.
