Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to maximize performance.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiation, and closing of deals.
  • Report sales performance to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in aluminium, glass, construction, or building materials).
  • Strong client network with architects, contractors, Paint and builders is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
