Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales calls and customer inquiries related to Umrah packages.
- Provide customized Umrah packages according to client requirements and budget.
- Guide and assist clients in booking flights, hotels, and itinerary planning.
- Manage incoming leads and maximize lead-to-sales conversions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Umrah Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Makkah and Madinah locations and hotel facilities across categories.
- Expertise in sales and lead conversion strategies.
- Proficiency in SABRE (GDS) air ticketing software.
- Target-driven mindset with knowledge of commission structures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Johar office.
Work Structure
- Reporting To: GM Sales / Team Lead
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 9 Hours per day
- Morning Shift: 10:00 am – 07:00 pm
- Evening Shift: 01:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Shifts: Rotational (not fixed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
