About the Company:

AR Digital Technology is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping businesses grow online through SEO, social media marketing, web design, and digital campaigns. We are looking for a motivated BDE to join our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Present and pitch the company’s digital marketing services to prospects.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest tailored solutions.
  • Follow up consistently to convert leads into clients.
  • Maintain client database and update CRM regularly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing or IT services).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
