About the Role

AIRCS is looking for energetic and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing team in Faisalabad and Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or immigration services and possess excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients
• Promote and explain AIRCS services to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Immigration Services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to convert leads into clients
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
• Professional client dealing and relationship management skills

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 per month
