Job Description

We are looking for a young, energetic, and motivated Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for beginners or fresh graduates who are passionate about sales and business growth.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through outdoor visits, social media platforms, and other marketing channels
• Meet potential clients and present company services/products
• Develop and execute new business development strategies
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare reports and update management on sales activities

Requirements

• Male candidate only
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Young, energetic, and target-oriented personality
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer and social media knowledge
• Willingness to travel for client visits
• Freshers and beginners are encouraged to apply
