Location: Al Quoz Industrial Area 1, Dubai

Salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000 + Commission

Etica Marketing Management LLC is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen our presence in the UAE market.

Lebanese nationality is preferred.

The successful candidate will lead sales initiatives, develop and manage strategic client relationships, and close high-value deals across a full range of marketing services. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development and sales strategies

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities

Build and manage long-term client relationships

Present and sell marketing solutions to corporate clients

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Provide market intelligence and sales reports to management

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in business development or sales

Strong background in marketing, advertising, or related industries

Proven track record in closing deals and revenue growth

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Strong understanding of the UAE market and client landscape
