Business Development Executive / Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Business Development Executive / Sales Representative to join our international growth team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our clients' sales pipelines. You will engage with international business prospects via outbound strategies, handle objections like a pro, and close deals. Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct strategic cold calling and outreach to potential B2B/B2C clients in the UK/USA markets.
• Lead Qualification: Identify decision-makers, discover their business pain points, and pitch tailored solutions.
• Pipeline Management: Move prospects through the sales funnel from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily talk-time metrics and monthly sales revenue targets.
• CRM Logging: Maintain clean and accurate records of all interactions and lead statuses in the company CRM.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven sales or cold calling experience in an international BPO setup (UK/USA campaigns).
• Language Fluency: Exceptional verbal English communication skills with a neutral or professional international accent.
• Sales Acumen: Excellent objection handling, persuasion, and closing techniques.
• Resilience: A positive attitude with high rejection tolerance and a strong drive to hit targets.
• Availability: Must be flexible to work in international time zones to align with UK or USA business hours.
