Business Development Executive – Social Media ( Night Shift )

Smart Brains BPO is hiring a Business Development Executive (Female) with a strong on-camera presence to represent the company across social media platforms, promotional content, and recruitment campaigns. This role combines brand presentation, client-facing communication, and business development support.

This position is ideal for a confident professional who is comfortable speaking on camera, presenting company services, and engaging audiences through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Smart Brains BPO in promotional and recruitment videos
• Present company services, culture, and opportunities on camera
• Assist in social media content planning and execution
• Engage with online inquiries and potential business leads
• Support business development initiatives through digital channels
• Coordinate with marketing and management for content alignment
• Maintain a professional brand image across all platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong on-camera confidence and presentation skills
• Excellent English communication (spoken and basic written)
• Presentable appearance with professional body language
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Basic understanding of branding, promotions, or digital engagement
• Prior experience in business development, sales, media, or content presentation is preferred

What This Role Is NOT

• Not a graphic design role
• Not video editing or technical production
• Not a purely sales or call-based position

Working Hours

• Evening shift ( 6 pm to 12 am )
• Shamsabad Rawalpindi
