Join InstaCare, a fast-growing healthcare IT company. We are looking for a motivated Software Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships and grow our sales pipeline.
In addition to a fixed salary, this role offers an attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Connect with potential clients through calls, online meetings and occasional client visits
- Generate leads and manage follow-ups
- Conduct product demos and presentations
- Maintain the sales pipeline and update CRM records
- Achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in software, SaaS, or IT solutions sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Comfortable interacting with clients through calls, online meetings and occasional client visits
