Business Development Executive - Software

Join InstaCare, a fast-growing healthcare IT company. We are looking for a motivated Software Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships and grow our sales pipeline.

In addition to a fixed salary, this role offers an attractive commission structure based on sales performance.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Connect with potential clients through calls, online meetings and occasional client visits
  • Generate leads and manage follow-ups
  • Conduct product demos and presentations
  • Maintain the sales pipeline and update CRM records
  • Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in software, SaaS, or IT solutions sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Comfortable interacting with clients through calls, online meetings and occasional client visits
