We are hiring a Business Development Executive (Software & IT Sales) with strong experience in software sales, custom development services, SaaS sales, and enterprise solutions.

In this role, you will drive lead generation, client acquisition, proposal development, and revenue growth.

With 20+ transformation projects delivered globally, we are expanding our footprint in India and the UAE — and we’re looking for a high-performing Sales Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads in India and the UAE.

  • Build a healthy sales pipeline through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, events, and partnerships.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for Bizinso’s products and custom software services.

2. Software Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Pitch Bizinso’s capabilities, including:

    • Custom Web & Mobile App Development

    • Business Process-specific Platforms like CRM, HRMS, OKR, etc.

    • SaaS Product Development

    • AI-powered Solutions & Automation

    • Digital Transformation & Business Process Automation

  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with BA/Tech teams to create proposals, SOWs, and presentations.

3. Revenue Ownership & Deal Closure

  • Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation to closure.

  • Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

4. Coordination With Delivery & KAM Teams

  • Coordinate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Technical Teams for smooth onboarding.

  • Ensure proper communication, documentation, and handover of newly closed accounts.

  • Assist in account management and expansion opportunities.

5. Sales Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain updated CRM data and sales funnels.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, weekly reports, and performance metrics.

  • Track prospect conversions and optimise the sales process.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–5 years’ experience in software sales / IT sales / SaaS sales.

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and new-client acquisition targets.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand technology, custom software lifecycles, and business processes.

  • Experience selling to enterprise clients, SMEs, and startup founders.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Good to Have

  • Experience with markets in India and/or the UAE.

  • Prior experience selling custom software development services.

  • Understanding of ERP, CRM, HRMS, and enterprise SaaS products.

  • Strong LinkedIn outreach & networking capabilities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads per month

  • Sales pipeline health and velocity

  • Revenue generated per quarter

  • Conversion ratio from lead proposal closure

  • Client feedback and retention
