Title: Business Development Executive
Location: On-site
Reporting To: Business Development Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to lead and manage both outbound and inbound sales efforts, with a focus on expanding our SaaS ERP solutions and IT staff augmentation services across the European market. This individual will be instrumental in identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals to drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Outbound Sales: Identify and engage prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking initiatives targeting European markets.
  • Inbound Sales: Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries generated through digital campaigns, website traffic, webinars, and other marketing channels.
  • CRM Oversight: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring efficient lead tracking and pipeline management.

2. SaaS ERP Business Development

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for SaaS ERP adoption among SMEs and large enterprises in Europe.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to gain a deep understanding of the ERP platform and communicate its value proposition effectively to clients.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations, webinars, and consultations to address client-specific needs.
  • Work with internal teams to develop customized solutions based on client requirements.

3. IT Staff Augmentation Sales

  • Establish and manage relationships with organizations seeking IT staffing support, including developers, project managers, and other IT professionals.
  • Build a reliable talent pipeline in alignment with client requirements across various IT domains.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

4. Market Intelligence & Strategy Development

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor strategies within the European region.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for both SaaS ERP and IT staffing services.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement lead-generation campaigns, including email, content, and social media marketing.

5. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers such as CTOs, CIOs, and HR leaders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional networking opportunities.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the SaaS or IT services sectors.
  • Proven success in managing outbound and inbound sales processes.
  • Prior experience working with or targeting clients in the European market is highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of SaaS-based ERP platforms and IT staff augmentation services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet performance targets.
  • Strong understanding of European business norms and practices.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages are advantageous.
