Position Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our staffing and recruitment services. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base across various sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted industries (e.g., healthcare, construction, logistics, IT etc.).
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to present staffing solutions.

Sales & Business Development

  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored staffing services (temporary, permanent, outsourced, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements in line with company policies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Act as a point of contact between clients and internal recruitment/HR operations teams.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service reviews.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the leadership team on client needs, service gaps, and market developments.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the system.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
