Job Title: Business Development Executive – Surgical Products
Location: Delhi
Experience: Minimum 2+ Years (Surgical Products / Healthcare Industry)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meet assigned sales targets and grow market share within the territory
- Promote and sell surgical products to doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and purchase departments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support
- Conduct regular hospital visits, product demonstrations, and presentations
- Identify new business opportunities and keep track of competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, update CRM data, and manage sales forecasts
- Work closely with marketing, logistics, and other internal teams
- Ensure all sales activities follow industry regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical, or a related field
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Strong leadership ability and experience in team coordination
- Ability to analyze market trends and sales data for better decision-making
- Sound knowledge of surgical products and their clinical use
- Working knowledge of CRM and sales management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
