We Are Hiring: Business Development Executives IT

Z1 Labs is a rapidly growing technology company with a global presence across Pakistan, Dubai, and Australia. As we continue to expand, we are seeking experienced and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our team and contribute to our international growth.

This opportunity is designed for professionals who are confident in their ability to identify, engage, and close high-value clients across multiple digital and technology service lines.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for acquiring new business, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue across a diverse portfolio of services including digital marketing, web and app development, branding, UI/UX, CRM solutions, and more.

You will work alongside a skilled internal team and leverage advanced tools and a structured lead generation ecosystem to maximize performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Contribute to strategic business development initiatives and pipeline growth

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in business development or sales within digital or technology services
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on results and revenue generation
  • Experience working with international clients is highly preferred
