  • Identify potential clients across industries (aviation, logistics, hospitality, admin support, technical, etc.) requiring temporary or project manpower.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and site visits.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements tailored to client needs.

  • Coordinate with the operations and HR teams to ensure proper deployment of temporary staff.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and repeat clients.

  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM or ATS systems.

  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.

  • Provide market feedback on pricing, competitors, and client requirements.

  • Support invoicing and payment follow-up when required.
