Hiring: Business Development Executive – EdTech (Full-Time) | Dubai

Location: Dubai (On-site)

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive/Inside Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech team in Dubai. If you are passionate about student counseling, sales conversion, and helping learners choose the right career path — we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound student inquiries for professional courses
  • Convert qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups
  • Maintain CRM records and manage the full sales pipeline
  • Counsel learners on suitable courses and certification pathways
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate with trainers, operations, and marketing teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / BD

(preferably in training or EdTech)

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and sales targets
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Presentable, confident, and sales-driven
  • Fluent in English; Hindi/Arabic is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
