We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive/Inside Sales Executive to join our growing EdTech team in Dubai. If you are passionate about student counseling, sales conversion, and helping learners choose the right career path — we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound student inquiries for professional courses
- Convert qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records and manage the full sales pipeline
- Counsel learners on suitable courses and certification pathways
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with trainers, operations, and marketing teams
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / BD
(preferably in training or EdTech)
- Bachelor’s degree (Any)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and sales targets
- Experience with CRM tools
- Presentable, confident, and sales-driven
- Fluent in English; Hindi/Arabic is a plus

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
