1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate travel, leisure travel, group tours, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and client meetings to promote travel packages and services.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners.
- Understand client travel requirements and customize travel solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Identify new markets and emerging travel trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings.
4. Partnership & Vendor Coordination
- Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers.
- Negotiate competitive rates and special offers.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to enhance service delivery.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Track KPIs and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- IATA Qualified candidates preferred.
