We are seeking a Business Development Executive (UAE Market) with 1–3 years of experience, ideally in SaaS/ERP solutions sales, to lead our business development efforts in the UAE region. The role involves international sales, client acquisition, and market penetration in one of the fastest-growing ERP markets.

Position Overview

The Business Development Executive (UAE) will be responsible for:

  • Expanding Glosix Systems’ presence in the UAE market.
  • Identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving SaaS ERP sales.
  • Acting as a key bridge between Glosix’s Lahore headquarters and UAE clients.

The role demands a target-driven, resourceful, and business-oriented individual with strong knowledge of UAE business culture and SaaS/ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Conduct in-depth market research on UAE industries (Retail, Manufacturing, Trading, Services, etc.) to identify potential ERP clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, UAE business directories, cold calling, and professional networks.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline focused on the UAE region.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships with UAE-based businesses.
  • Understand client needs and align them with Glosix ERP solutions.
  • Present and deliver customized product demos showcasing ERP modules (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, etc.).
  • Act as the point of contact for UAE clients, ensuring smooth communication and account management.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop proposals and quotations aligned with UAE market expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas for the UAE region.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth ERP deployment and client onboarding.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the international sales team to align strategies for UAE expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for leads, prospects, and deals.
  • Provide regular updates on market insights, competitor activities, and client needs.

Requirements Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in international business development, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or IT solutions.
  • Prior exposure to UAE or GCC markets is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of SaaS business models and ERP solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English fluency required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work across different time zones and international clients.
  • Familiarity with UAE business culture, B2B sales processes, and decision-making hierarchies.
  • Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and remote sales platforms.
