Business Development Executive (UK Timings)

We are seeking a motivated, results driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. Position Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will focus on expanding our client base within the UK market. This is a target-oriented position that requires a proactive approach to lead generation, outbound outreach, and relationship building. You will be responsible for turning cold prospects into long-term business partners, managing everything from initial contact to closing the deal.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential corporate clients through multiple digital channels and business networks.
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with key decision-makers via cold calling, strategic email campaigns, and professional outreach.
  • Client Engagement: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective business partners.
  • Consultative Selling: Schedule online meetings to present our company’s portfolio of services and match them to potential clients' operational needs.
  • Deal Closure: Confidentially handle negotiations, address client objections, and successfully secure contract closures.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain structured records of all leads, communications, and sales stages within the tracking system.

Candidate Profile

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to converse naturally with UK-based corporate clients.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and pipeline management abilities.
  • Proven Experience: Prior experience in business development, international BPO sales, or cold outreach is highly preferred.
  • Autonomy: A self-motivated individual who can work independently, stay organized, and consistently meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

  • Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday | UK Shift Alignment).
  • Location: Commercial Market, Rawalpindi.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
