Business Development Executive (Uniform Division)

We are seeking energetic, proactive, and results-driven Business Development Executive (Uniform Division) to join our growing team immediately. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in corporate sales of labour uniforms, hospitality and healthcare uniforms, school uniforms, and event apparel within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Expand the B2B client base across multiple industries and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate qualified leads.
• Deliver professional product presentations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and close sales effectively.
• Provide customized uniform solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ proven B2B sales experience in uniforms, garments, PPE, or related industries within the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license (own car preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
