We at Digi Mantra are on the lookout for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our fast-growing team

Job Title: BDE Lead Generation Specialist (Upwork)
Experience: 1-3 Year
Location: Plot No. C - 212, Phase 8B, Industrial Area, Sector 74
Interview Mode:- Virtual
Job Type: Full-time (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

-Research and identify relevant projects and job postings on Upwork that match our company’s services.

-Draft and submit compelling proposals to generate client interest.

-Maintain a strong follow-up process with potential leads to ensure conversion.

-Collaborate with the business development/operations team to understand client requirements and align proposals accordingly.

-Track, manage, and report lead generation activities using CRM or spreadsheets.

-Achieve and exceed monthly lead acquisition and conversion targets.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in lead generation on Upwork (minimum 1–2 years preferred).

-Strong written communication skills for crafting impactful proposals.

-Understanding of IT services / digital marketing / design / staffing (tailor as per your industry).

-Ability to identify high-potential clients and projects quickly.

-Excellent time management and organizational skills.

-Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

-Knowledge of Upwork algorithms and best practices for profile visibility.

-Experience with other freelancing platforms (Freelancer, Fiverr, Toptal, etc.) is a plus.

-Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
