Position Summary & Scope

The Director - Growth and Monetization will be responsible for driving commercial revenue and partnerships across Luxury Fashion, Jewellery, High street fashion, e-commerce and watches categories, as well as ideating, selling, negotiating and delivering fully integrated programs and value that will live across print, branded content, digital, events, and exhibitions. This position will be responsible for generating revenue through the said category of clients driven by pure media buying across Print / digital as well as solution selling focused on branded content, digital, events, and exhibitions.


Areas of Responsibility :

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Work closely with the Head of Sales to create the revenue achievement strategy for the above mentioned categories.
  2. Most of these are global brands with India Representatives. This resource will also be expected to have an understanding of the global foot print of the client and liaison with their HQ or reps managing the India market from Dubai / Singapore etc.
  3. Understand individual client needs and prepare solution-based packages that span across the digital, branded content and our on-ground offerings (events and exhibitions).
  4. Conceptualize new revenue streams and concepts and collaborate with the editorial, CNCC, and Events teams for seamless execution.
  5. To prepare digital & video plans and annual budgets for the Company and to monitor performance against these plans and budgets.
  6. Establishing positive business relationships with external partners, advertisers, and internal teams to leverage the full breadth of Condé Nast & offerings.
  7. Keep an eye out for Global events / fashion Weeks and explore collabs and revenue generating opportunities.


People & Team Management:

  1. Ability to manage and grow an existing base of business while continuing to drive new business (Cross-sell & Up-sell)
  2. Successful track record of growing revenue, especially in branding, experiential (Events & Exhibitions), video and digital
  3. Team Management and reporting.

Qualification and Experience

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate / MBA in Sales and Marketing
