Upwork Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on project scope, budget, and client profile.
  • Draft and send customised proposals aligned with client requirements.
  • Maintain daily bid targets and track proposal success rates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare project estimates or responses.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings with the Business Development Manager or Account Head.
  • Maintain CRM or tracker for proposals, responses, and follow-ups.
  • Support in building long-term client relationships through timely communication.

Key Skills:

  • Strong written communication and proposal writing skills.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and web development services.
  • Proficiency in Upwork, LinkedIn, and related platforms.
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
