Business Development Executive (Upwork)

Morosoft is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Upwork) to manage and grow our presence on Upwork. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in lead generation, proposal writing, and client communication, with a clear understanding of how to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s Upwork profile and bidding strategy.
• Identify relevant projects and submit high-quality, customized proposals.
• Communicate with international clients to understand their requirements.
• Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing with clients.
• Coordinate with technical teams to prepare accurate proposals and estimates.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Track leads, conversions, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with Upwork trends, policies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive on Upwork.
• Strong understanding of Upwork bidding, connects, and ranking system.
• Excellent proposal writing and communication skills in English.
• Ability to understand technical services (Web Development, CRM, Marketing, etc.).
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on closing deals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.

Salary is negotiable according to the skill set and experience of a candidate Good English communication skills are required to be able to interact with our clients based abroad.
